🌿 Symptom diary
Hot flushes, headaches, fatigue, bloating, cramps — tap to log in seconds, or add your own custom symptoms.
PeriLog is a private, on-device tracker for periods, symptoms, mood and sleep through perimenopause. No jargon. No judgement. Just a clearer picture of your own rhythm — and the confidence to bring it to your GP.
Why PeriLog
Built for real, messy patterns — not a rigid 28-day calendar.
Hot flushes, headaches, fatigue, bloating, cramps — tap to log in seconds, or add your own custom symptoms.
Irregular is normal here. Variable cycle lengths, skipped months and spotting are all supported.
Track restless nights, low moods and energy dips to see how they connect to your cycle.
Monthly stats and a colour-coded heatmap that only restate what you log. No invented scores.
Add photos to your daily log to track visible changes — skin, bloating and anything else.
Plain-language guides to each cycle phase and how perimenopause affects your body and mood.
Small, kind goals — water, movement, rest — that fit into real life, not guilt.
All data stays on your phone. Optional end-to-end encrypted cloud backup — never required.
How it works
No sign-up, no forms. You'll be tracking within a minute.
A daily check-in that takes less time than making tea.
Monthly trends that help you understand — and explain — what's happening.
Privacy
PeriLog is local-first. Your health data belongs on your phone — and only your phone.
Questions

Yes. Your logs stay in private app storage on your phone. If you turn on cloud backup, data is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded — no one else can read it.
Because backups are end-to-end encrypted, a forgotten password cannot be recovered — even by us. This is a deliberate privacy choice, and it's explained in the app before you sign up.
Yes. You can export a PDF or JSON copy anytime, clear all logs in Settings, or use our data deletion page for account and cloud-backup deletion (within 30 days).
No. PeriLog is a personal tracking and information tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat anything. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your health.
Private, calm and kind — tracking that fits into your life.
