1. Delete data on your device
Open Android Settings → Apps → Daily Affirmation → Storage → Clear storage (or uninstall the app). This removes favourites, history, mood check-ins, preferences and all local content immediately — no email needed.
2. Optional account and cloud backup
An account (email and password) is optional and used only for the encrypted cloud backup feature. To delete your account and all backed-up data, open Settings → Cloud backup → Delete account in the app, or email support@cloudyni.com with subject "Daily Affirmation account deletion request". We delete the account and all backed-up data within 30 days and send one confirmation reply.
To remove just the cloud backup but keep your account, use Settings → Cloud backup → Delete backup.
3. Support emails
If you have emailed us, we hold only that correspondence. To delete it, email support@cloudyni.com with subject "Daily Affirmation data deletion request". We delete identifiable support mail we hold within 90 days of the last reply.
4. Premium subscription
Premium is a Google Play subscription. Uninstalling does not cancel billing — cancel under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Purchase records stay with Google.
