Request data deletion

App: PeriLog
Android package: com.luckytools.perimenopause_tracker
Developer contact: support@cloudyni.com

This page is PeriLog's data deletion request URL for Google Play. PeriLog is local-first — your health data lives on your phone. The only data that may exist away from your device is (1) the optional cloud backup account you choose to create, and (2) any support emails you send us. Deleting both is described below.

What data exists where

Steps to delete your data

  1. Delete local app data (immediate — no email needed)
    On Android:
    • Open Settings → Apps → PeriLog → Storage
    • Tap Clear storage / Clear data
Or use Settings → Delete all health logs inside the app, or uninstall PeriLog. This removes all logs, photos, preferences, and the cached Premium flag for that install.
  2. Delete a cloud backup account (only if you signed in)
If you created a cloud backup account and want it and its encrypted backup removed:
    • Email support@cloudyni.com with subject PeriLog data deletion request.
    • Include the email address you used for the account (and the date you created it, if you know it).
    • You can also sign out of cloud backup in the app first — this removes the local encryption key so the backup cannot be restored locally.
What we will do: delete the account and its encrypted backup row within 30 days of a clear request (usually much sooner), and send one short confirmation reply when done. This is a manual process because we must verify the account belongs to the requester.
  3. Premium subscription (Google Play, not us)
Premium is a Google Play subscription. Uninstall does not cancel billing — cancel under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Purchase records stay with Google. After reinstall, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Google account if you still want Premium.
  4. Advertising partners
Free-tier ads use Google AdMob. Reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings. See Google's ad settings for further controls.

Google Play Console (for the developer)

PeriLog allows users to create an optional account (cloud backup), so the following answers apply in the Play Console Data deletion section:

What we do not store

We do not collect your health data unless you opt into cloud backup, and even then it is encrypted on your device before upload. Without an account, your cycle logs exist only on your phone, and we have nothing on a server to delete.
